    seems this deal is OVER!

    • It is not over yet. The domains are listed in the main page http://www.crazydomains.com.au/

    • Even if it was over, that's not a reason to vote negative, see voting guidelines.

  • They've usually got some good deals going… (Except for the .au domain names, which I have)!!!

    • They've usually got some good deals going… (Except for the .au domain names, which I have)!!!

There are cheaper places for .au domains.

However, the advantage of using CrazyDomains is that they do not check if one is really eligible to own the .au domain.

      • Yeah, but they had great deals on web & email hosting… Which more than made up for it!

  • Has anyone used their web hosting service?
Can I assume that the speed will be faster than those web hosting company whose data centre is based in US?

Yep… It's a fairly simple sight, but never had an issue!
edit: And it comes with a host of analyzing / building tools.

I have, and suggest you consider the mantra of "you get what you pay for". I have since moved all of my hosting to another provider.

The experiences I had are indicative of what is discussed here http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=832887

Ordering domain names is straight forward and simple enough, its only when you need support or need reliable hosting that you will experience difficulty.

  • No cheap .org? Wheres the love?

    Compared to sayyy Name.com : $11 .com + $4 whois masking
    crazydomains: $3 .com + $7 whois + $18 dns

    • +1

A lot of people don't need the add on. WHOIS masking is not really suitable for business use and there are plenty of DNS hosting you can use for free.

  • Good for the domains, bad for hosting, my god the headaches with my site going down every once or twice a week.
