Sending voucher or money to New Zealand

My 7 year nephew's birthday is coming up in May & rather than sending a present due to postage costs, I want to send money or if there is a toy store in auckland I could have a toy voucher sent to him instead. Can anyone recommend a toy/department store in Auckland that would organise a voucher to be sent to a Auckland address but payment for the voucher made from an Australian credit card.
