ASUS GTX670 Graphics Card

I am trying to find a good deal on an ASUS GTX670. Sub $400 would be awesome.
Can anyone help?

The best I can find (out of PCCG, MSY, Scorptec, Centre Com, MLN and Mwave) is $429 sans shipping.

Any reason why asus specifically?
The gigabyte OC edition was bought for $409 from PCDIY just recently!

The gigabyte one is actually pretty quiet but i wont sway your decision.
