am with optus and had a $80 a month "all you can eat" deal. had it for years and years.
finally optus said they had to raise the cost to current prices.
bummer.

Try TPG. They have unlimited Internet, local, national and mobile calls. It also has 100 international minutes free. Cost is $80. I have it and so far no issues.

Another option is to use VOIP for outgoing calls.
TPG has a 20GB (10GB peak/ 10GB off peak) home phone bundle for $39.99.
You get a landline connection but can't use fax, foxtel, etc.. Use this phone for incoming calls and can port your existing home number.
Then subscribe to Pennytel's VOIP serive. The $5 'Freedom' plan includes 150 free calls per month not including calls to Aussie mobile numbers. It's .08c per call to Aussie landline numbers beyond the free calls.
With an ATA (either standalone or if your modem has it) you can plug a landline phone to your internet connection.
im with SPIN, i currently pay 40 bucks for 50 local calls and 20GBs of data….
dont think that offer is still in place, but if u check their website see if u can find better. I think there is a 50$ deal for ur needs there.
was with iinet plan with similar offers until I took up naked dsl broadband with them. I pay for 13xx nos. but get large gb allowance [100gb?] the lower plan is only $10 less at say $50 p.m.
check their home phone plan as I am not across it now.
