Happened to be in JB HiFi The Galleries Victoria (Sydney) store this afternoon as they started marking-down a large number of the PRIMA game strategy books. The quick photo I took is of one of the book locations in the gaming section. Titles included ZombieU, Farcry3, Skyrim Elder Scrolls IV, Hitman Absolution and more.

Best price is typically Amazon US or UK for these titles but at $15 and no postage if buying in-store, JB easily beats Amazon this time.

There were also some books for much older game titles (eg Battlefield 2) being marked down to $5ea. 25 metres away, EB Games were selling all of these titles for $39.95 ;-)

      No pictures on gfaqs though… Maps are also easier to read in print.

      And you either need a separate screen for it, or you alt tab (which you can't do if you're playing a console game).

      Having the book and layout in front of you is much more convenient. If you're willing to pay.

      I do it for games that have collectibles and lots of secrets you can easily miss. But I also hate collectibles in game.
