hi guys,
i am doing p90x program and use bowflex 52.5 lbs (23.8 kg) adjustable dumbbells .
i am travelling overseas for a month or so and want to continue the program.
i am looking for good quality resistance bands. Ebay got them from $20 to $50.
i have never used them before, so looking for help from someone who have used and can suggest good quality bands for p90x.
want to buy online so please post any links if you know.

thanks for posting the links mate. now at least i know how much to spend for good quality bands because there are some very cheap ones on ebay and i didn't want to end up with poor quality ones.

There is quite a lot of http://www.bodylastics.com/ bands in ebay as well, a bit pricier than the generic bands but may be more reliable. Personally haven't had any issues with cheapies and no wear or tear yet.
Hey, where did you get your Bowflex from?
There are a lot of cheap copies about so just wondering if you found somewhere to get the real deal from and how much they cost?

Came a long a lot of useless stuff for a male (or at least me)but the rest can be used by missus. One option is to buy separate bands but after doing fair bit of research it was kind of hard to say which band would be useful since the resistance is quite different depending your height and the way you actually use the band. One band is sometimes adequate since you can step on the band in different ways to adjust resistance. With p90x I usually end up using 2-3 different bands per exercise set. Been quite happy with bands in general, but I do admit that when using the proper weights every now and then for the p90x exercises, I will get totally different pump into my muscles. But hey, I believe the doing different stuff is the key to get some results.
