What can I do when an Australian company based in a different state takes my money and hasn't delivered the product. It is one day short of being 2 months since I first paid for the product.
They don't respond to my e-mails and they don't answer my phone calls.
What can I do? I am really pissed off.
I've been lied to multiple times by a customer service team member. I was told on many occasions I would be called back or e-mailed back, to which I haven't, I was also told a replacement product would take 2 weeks, it is now the 4th week since I was told that.
This is disgraceful customer service, I now just want a refund and to have nothing to do with this company again. But I can't get through to someone there.
what store is it? You could probably do a charge back if you used a credit card
