    Great price for Australian hosting, however, most people here don't know how expensive Australian hosting is. Most people will classify this as average pricing. Good on you for your previous promotion!

    My experience with sis, not the best support around, need so many layer of admin to get your problem solved. need to open a new ticket if there is no answer.

    Addon domain is pain in the a$$, need to point the nameserver to here(serverinsecond) to be able to add the addon domain, its mean dead (offline) on your site for sometime if you want to move from your old host to here.

    by the way, i am with AU BUsiness plan for 3 years

      Wow that is shocking support, there is nothing worse than an unresponsive hosting provider. Looks like you get what you pay for.

        Open a ticket on 6th March, the customer services told me it will forward my question to the higher department or management (always with same reason if they cant solved it), and after that there is no reply until 11th March, I opened another ticket and ask if they cant solved it then i kindly ask for refund. No refund was made but my question got answered after I OPENED another ticket.

        Different reply with different customer support name, not sure whether it is 1 person with so many name or really a big hosting company that hire so many customer support but very slow on support.

          Can you send me a ticket number so I can follow this up. If your request needed to put through to a higher level tech or management, that does take additional time, especially over weekends and public holidays.

          If your ticket was assigned to a higher level, then the ticket you opened wouldn't have influenced anything as the existing ticket would still be assigned to a specific person rather than the general support emails that are assigned to our support team.

      I'm happy to help clarify anything.

      Firstly, the using the coupon code would have made the price $48 for the full year, rather than the $96 you show in your post. 50% off is a deal in my eyes.

      Streaming audio and video isn't permitted on our shared servers, as a burst of traffic for one site can put an unacceptable load on the server. If we find a site that is streaming, we notify them of the issue, and refund any unused time.

      AussieHQ (or Uber as they're now known as) are one of our upstream providers. If you know of them, they have a great reputation for the quality of their network and staff, and I think our clients would be rapt to realise that we're on the Uber network with prices from $4 per month.

      Yes, we have other domains on that server.

    I signed up the last time the deal was posted. Although I've only been with these guys for days, I can say that their support so far has been fantastic. I had a technical problem relating to multiple domains and vhosts. The support guys were quick to find the problem, fix it, test it and they kept me informed. I couldn't ask for more.
    For $48/Y there is certainly a lot of scrutiny.
