looking for the cheapest Scooba, harvey norman and retravision got them going for around $1000.

Have a look at Amazon.com. They're around $500 for the top of the range model and it goes down from there. I've got a Roomba 530 and the transformer that comes with it does 100-250V. Just need an adapter so you can plug it in in Australia. I would think the Scooba would be the same.

Just found out that the US ones may have transformers that are 110V only. Would need further research.
