How accurate is their size chart? I'm normally a mens US size 11 but according to them I'd be size 9

A bit reluctant to order any of their shoes. They've changed up their size chart since I last ordered - they showed a misleading size chart, and when I asked for a replacement due to their mistake, they sent me another pair of wrongly sized shoes. -__-
