Motorola Defyn + for Telstra NextG

I am replacing my old Samsung blue tick and have decided that the Defy + would be the best replacement. I need a phone with the blue tick as our reception is not all that good. I want to replace it with one that has a warranty and supplied in Australia as some of the f/b from overseas suppliers is pretty grim and I want to be sure it works on Nextg. It would be appreciated if someone could put me onto a supplier.
