PS Vita Games

Now with the EBGames $199 deal, I'm rocking a PS Vita. I happily bought a LittleBigPlanet from DickSmith ($5 lower than EB), but at $50 it still feels rather steep.

My question to OzB-ers is what are your most cost effective ways to get cheap PS Vita games?
Are there any implications to getting used games? Are there region locks?

Or would a PSN US subscription be the most cost effective?

US PSN is cheapest way for sure, MK is 20, all stars is 35, PSP and PS1 games are cheaper too.
Also alot of games are missing from AU store for PS1 and PSP.
