I am looking for Best App / Voip service for calling overseas ? So the call is on DATA at our end and a normal GSM call on the other end.
I have tried a few since I call overseas quite often, Many times a day ~ 15 ~ 20 mins in total.

Can use a single account in multiple phones / devices. Decent app has good integration with android phone book. Multiple phones can share one account. Can set any number as a caller id. Call Quality/ Connections not Bad, cheap rates.

-Need a new account on every phone,
Lousy , lagging app, takes forever to load the phone book, esp with lots of entries.

Never used it for calling phones overseas, any feedback ozbargainers?
Rates more expensive than nymgo depending on country of call.
4) any other suggestions ? Hey Tell ? Penny Tel others ?
What do you guys use? Any really good recommendations? needs to be on at least on Android + Ios to be able to use it every time there is an idle moment. Chime in with your recommendations, experiences.
Ps: I haven't added Viber / Tango etc. to this list because they require the receiver to also have a smartphone and the app.
Skype is great I use it with a world subscription with unlimited landlines and mobiles in certain countries. Honestly depends on how much you plan on using it but in my case skype works out the best.
And you can do all the stuff you listed there IDLE, call anytime (as long as you have data duh).
