    If I read correctly, the only additional cost of an item is $5 + postage to AU. Outside of $5, whats in it for you?

      They get discounts on the shipping costs but they don't pass on the full discounts to you.

      For example, for a large package (80 pounds), FedEx's retail quote is $809, which means reshipus.com will charge you 809 x 70% = $566. Compare that to shipito.com's quote for FedEx Economy: $307. reshipus.com is making a nice profit there.

        1. We handle small package to medium size up to 40Lbs and if you are interested our service, we can quote for you, 30% discount is just our estimate in general, we can offer cheaper most cases. We are confident that we can offer very competitive shipping cost and then you can decide which company you can use. Also you use our service, you do not pay any US sales tax when you shop from any US retailers, compare to Shipto (Torrance, CA) at 8.75%-9%.
        2. Yes, we charge only $5 per package + postage to AU. We have our sponsor/advertisement at our website too.
        3. The advantage using our company is No US Sales Tax.

          It's $307 from Shipito's Oregon warehouse, which is also in a no tax state.

          Are you saying you can beat Shipito's quote for a 80lbs package?

          Hi,

          1. We explain, that we are a new company. We only service small package to medium size up to 40Lbs. If you want to ship 80lbs, you will use other companies. We cannot honor your request.
          2. We did not say if you can beat or cannot beat Shipito's quote. You should compare what is the best for you. Every company has their own advantage. For us, if you buy anything small or medium, value at $500-$2000, such as Laptop from HP or Sony, you can save US Sales Tax.
          3. We just add option for you to check our FedEx Shipping Cost (website link as below), please check and let us know how much our shipping cost different from Shipito at 80LB and please let us know.

          Anyway, For us, we check at Shipito, 80lbs, $2000 Value, FedEx Box, Ship to Sydney 2000.

          Our shipping cost is $477, but No US Sales Tax.
          Shipito Shipping Cost is $418, but you pay Sales Tax at 8.75% x 2,000= $175. you will pay =$418 + $175 = $593.

          base on our assumption, we are cheaper than Shipito: $593-$477= $116.

          Again, Shipito has a warehouse in Oregon with no sales tax. Same with most other shipping companies such as comGateway. You do not have any advantage in this regard.

          It seems FedEx's online quote system is not working now, but when I checked a few days ago it's $307 from Shipito's Oregon warehouse, not $418, and no tax. So they're cheaper than you by far: $477 - $307 = $170.

If you really want to compare, Please compare the package that we normally ship to our customers. Let compare the Laptop or cloths at 10Lbs $1000 value, Ship to Sydney 2000.

          1. Priority Mail is $89.83 + $23.95 insurance + 8.5 service fee = $122.28

          We offer the shipping cost as low as we can, as you can see when you compare to other mail forwarding service companies. We do not make any profit on the shipping cost and we do not control the shipping cost, whatever the shipping company charge us, we charge you. We never use bodybuilding.com. We do not know what shipping method they use, but we use US Post Office or FedEx (5-7 business days by Air). If they provide the same service from US post office or FedEx at $90 for a package (20Lbs), you should use their service. We would too. you should compare what the best for you to save your money.     Advertisement really. Probably belongs in the forums, as far as i can see $5 is their normal cost. Therefore no bargain here.

        First, We use Volusion Company to host our website. Volusion is very big e-commerce company (USA). More than 40,000 + live store, using Volusion (www.volusion.com). Second, we do not accept Direct credit card to our website. We accept credit card through PayPal. So, when you check out and pay us your shipping cost, you will be re-direct to PayPal. You never enter your Credit Card information to our website. PayPal is very secured and using worldwide (SSL verification as you mention), so, you can trust that your credit card information is protected. SSL verification is only for company that accept credit card directly from customers and keep credit card information, but we will not have your credit card information, we do not need SSL verification.     what about retailers who will only accept paypal/credit card payment issued from USA bank only, can you help with that? that was the main reason i stopped using shipito last time USA$ was weak

    1. It's nice to see some competition in this field, so congrats on your new business.

    2. Consider a website make over, it doesn't look very good at the moment. - give your site it's own identity, a clean layout, logo etc
