Yup. Contacted them and found out that the transaction shown on my bank statement is only a pre-authorisation, because I didn't have enough on the card the transaction failed.
Which means for a $50 deal, I need to have $100 in the bank. They will deduct the $100 with $50 being pre-authorisation and $50 being the actual deal.
How strange! I have bought group buy deals from a few different suppliers before but never had this issue.
