  i don't get the sizing.. says small 40/42… but the chart says 40/42 is a medium.. then, there's large in 40/42/46…

  im usually a size 36 or 38 suit… any hints?

    I'm not sure, but maybe small/regular/large is the length, and 40-46 is the chest size?
