  I'm not saying this is a bad deal, but the item itself (I own one) is pretty bad. Its basically as bad as any of the generic "mp4" players off eBay. Same firmware, interface and that.

  Don't get this if you can help it. Unless your 12 year old nephew wants something to play with, chances are, you'll regret it.

  I can't speak for this particular model but I've previously owned a Ministry of Sound-branded MP3 player. It was definitely a generic OEM job and didn't last long.
