Great find. I had been looking to get this after the flood of positive feedback. Quick, easy, steam activation and paypal secured. Can't go wrong.
Since hasn't been mentioned, Valve added Brazil as its own region on Steam. Which is why some games are cheaper, I assume they will lock it down in future like Russia, forcing a IP check every time you try to open a Brazil flagged game. Will cause headaches as will need a brazilian VPN running every time you go to play.
Just to be forewarned.
Yeah that's a real risk with Steam games, they can easily lock you out if they feel you cheated their system.
My understanding is that the regions dictated is linked to your account and are used to limit what content is available to you and at what prices via the official Steam store. If you purchase a game from elsewhere and activate it in Steam it will be tied to the locale of your account not the country you purchased it from? Although this would only apply for activation codes that are 'global versions' which I believe this one is.
It is tied by IP and not anything set in your account. If you use a VPN you can install/play Russian games. If you purchase an activation code from elsewhere it could be region specific (e.g. Russia) and although it will activate on your account if you try to install or play the game Steam gives you a message saying you are in the incorrect country and will prevent you from using it.

Great game been playing for the last week on xbox. Awesome gameplay and is decent length. If you like the uncharted series you will love this.
