    4. Acceptance or rejection of an order
    4.1
    In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested Product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site.

    Each order placed for Products through the Site that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those Products. For each order accepted by us, we will:

  • Got mine today for free!! here's the story -

    Placed orders to collect at 2 stores - then heard nothing at all. About a month later I collected something else from one of the stores and asked about that order. I was told there was no stock and that was why I wouldnt have heard anything. I asked why they hadn't let me know and was told that whenever they have no stock for click and collect orders they just do nothing because the system only lets them send sms to confirm orders are available. i asked what about calling me to let me know and they said it is their policy to do nothing. I suggested they should be informing the customer of their error rather than leaving them in the dark.

    Sent a complaint to the online contact saying I understood it was an error on their system and that was OK but a policy of not informing the customer was far from satisfactory. Got a call back from head office a week or 2 later apologising and saying the item was never supposed to be available to order and that the policy is to call the customer to let them know when the order cant be fulfilled - and that the 2 stores had been advised. I said that is all I was expecting but also asked if they wanted to do anything else to make me happy.

    A week later they called me and said the store I had been to actually had one in stock and I could go and pick it up.

    So I have mine for free - so thanks to DSE for doing more than they needed to sort it out - eventually.
