Scoopon or Equivalent for Europe?

Does anyone know if there are such thing as living social, scoopon or groupon deal or equivalent for Europe?

I'm going to Madrid, Berlin, Rome, Paris and London this April 13. I want to look for cheap tours and restaurant deals.
