Once you reach 2000 points I find they will send you an email suggesting you redeem for Coles credit. That's what I do, you get $10 credit for 2000 points. You redeem it online, and then just tell the checkout person you want to use FlyBuys money. It's pretty instantaneous.
How much would you have to spend to get to 2000 points?
$2000, not including any bonuses. You can get bonus points on certain deals in Coles (you'll see them on the shelves), or they send you promo offers like triple points on phone recharges, extra points for $x shops, triple points for the weekend, or vouchers to scan for extra points etc.
I think its generally 1 point per dollar
But you do pick up bonuses along the way (either by voucher you get in the mail, or some items may give you 300 points etc).
and if you have extra Coles stuff (like credit card) it increases your pointsI always use the bonus points vouchers and emails. I am going to use my points for tickets to Dreamworld when we go later this year
you just need to remember not to overspend while doing your normal shopping. Still hunt for bargains then use it as a reward.
1000 point is also 10cent discount now for Shell.
I just get to 2000 points and then get $10 onto the card and use it at Coles. I shop normally, collect bonuses along the way and normally doesn't take long to get to 2000 points.
We have the Coles credit card which gives 2 points for every dollar spent everywhere (so when shopping at Coles, we get 3 points per dollar). The card is one of the best rewards card in terms of gaining points and monetary return. Obviously you pay it off on full every month. See http://www.rewardscompared.com/cards
Could not agree more.
I recently used 2000 points to buy a $15 First Choice Liquor voucher.
Use the points to redeem a gift card for Coles
