    I don't think I've ever received any samples from any of the supplement companies I've sent away my details to, so I'll assume this will be no exception.

      It really depends on how your body reacts - everyone is different. IMHO, these supplements are great for a short period (3-6mths) and then your body adjusts and begins to depend on the chemicals and your gains diminish. You then begin to 'need' the supplement in order to maintain the strength you've got.

      Also another tip, there is no point in taking this sample as a once off, you need your body to get used to this supplement for at least 2 weeks before you notice any differing result.
