Account issue can't log into Starthere, contact form no response...

I tried to log into Starthere but kept getting this message:

"Sorry, there is a problem with your account, please contact support."

As usual, no one is replying the contact form.

If Steve sees this please reply and I can PM you my account name. By the way I was also expecting a payment at the start of the month but didn't receive anything in my bank account…

I've also submitted a missing transaction form (for a $1000+ transaction) a while ago and got no reply…
