I'll NEG this website… they didnt mention only one account per household ALLOWED

me and my brother both claim $10 credit from previous deal, with 2 accounts in same address… they cancel all the orders and took both $10 off from each account…

  That's bad luck. 3 people in my house "took part" in the last one, and all of ours got shipped (together, even though they were seperate orders for seperate people). Agreed though, if they cancelled on the basis of multiple orders at one address, and didn't specify that in the T&C (and you didn't have 20 people at the same address!), then it seems pretty rotten.
