Does anybody else have trouble making a 20 page softcover photobook from Snapfish?

I've seemed to have trouble making a photobook from January onwards. Last year in December i made one and it turned out fine with no problems. Now all i get is the circle trying to load all my photos. I've spoken to Snapfish online support.. they said try it with mozilla. I've since tried Mozilla, Chrome and IE. The same thing happens. About 3 pages load up with photos when i autofill. I've also tried manually filling to no avail. I was also told to download the latest java software, so i have.. but still the same problem.

Does everyone else have this problem or is it just me? I'm trying to use my old credit that i got from one of the deals posted on here, but it expired at the end of january. Snapfish were kind enough to extend the expiry of my photobook credit when i complained of not being able to make the photobook.

    I tried on a different computer and it worked. Very odd since i was able to make a photobook on this computer just in December last year. This computer is up to date with everything too. Tooblue, you could be right.. i cant remember if i had Kaspersky virus scan in December. I got Kaspersky on that facebook 6month free deal.
