      It usually takes ~1 week to get from the UK to the Central Coast where I am, the longest I've had to wait is 2 weeks, it's not a bad trade off for the prices+free shipping.

      Actually BookDepoitory has very fast shipping for an overseas company, maybe 10 days to reach AU. Books sent from America can take a lot longer.

  I'll give it a + for the free shipping code, as free shipping always comes in handy.

  I used to be very impressed with some of the titles they'd offer in their "clearance" / "birthday" sales etc, but the last few it just seems its the same crap titles being offered at the same crappy 'clearance' prices.

    Agree, which is why I don't really look at their clearance stock; but as you mentioned free shipping is always good if you wanted a book but hasn't go around to get it yet.
