        There are degrees of Deafness so yes I would think the sound would be on and loud too.

  No booking or anything. Free entry. Bring your blankets, rugs, folding chairs, mozzie sprays, and warm clothes (if the weather is cold). Hot foods, snacks and drinks are available at the club house.
