Touch Screen Monitor

Hello all, I would like to know where can I get a cheap 15" touch screen monitor for Vista. I have seen a kit where you can convert your own monitor to a touchscren. Are these kits any good?

    Ya i would also like to know about the kits are they any good, with the new Windows 7 coming out soon it will be really good to use.
    But as far as i know the LCD touch screen monitors are expensive they cost any where between 390-600+ for sizes from 10" to 15"

    i've seen one in action, its alright, not terribly responsive, and they are not multi - touch
