They are returns from Aldi. DealsDirect and COTD (same company) they have a habit of buying unwanted or unsold stock from other retailers and then list it up as specials or "small fish" from time to time.

Configuration is low, but the price is cheap.
The 1 Ghz single processor might be slow.
I don't think 512 MB RAM is enough and the 800 x 480 resolution is low
