Bushwhack Bank IT department doesn't understand sequencing

Bushwhack Bank very kindly emailed me a reminder that my statement was ready to view. Only problem was, it actually wasn't, maybe due to the processing date falling on a weekend. Wasted my time logging in. This has happened to me before, and they apologised the last time, but seems they haven't really fixed the problem. Possibly it has happened without me noticing on months that I'm too busy to login until a few days later.

I sent them stinging feedback asking why can't their programmers write correct apps that send out the email after the statement is ready. Felt much better after that. Here's the feedback page if the same happens to you.

  • They don't / won't care. I sent the Commonwealth Bank an email complaining about the balance display on their ATMs being small ( I am seriously old so I have vision problems) and being displayed so late in the transaction that I am walking away when they finally get round to displaying the balance. They made soothing noises but no changes.

    • I know, but it feels good, plus I get to practice all kinds of fancy sounding insult words. :D

      • Yeah, a couple of nights back I sent Amazon USA an email telling them they were pissing me off and giving me the shits by sending me emails about specials on products that got me excited enough to check further. Then they tell me they won't sell the item to me because they won't ship it to where I live. Even worse, sometimes they let you put the item in the cart and go to the checkout before they tell you they won't ship it because of where you live. All I can say to that is grrrrr.
