It is a great but basic Heart Monitor.
Suunto is a great brand for easy to understand heart rate monitors.
Great tool to help you get fit and great time of the year to get fit while it's still warm.
shipping is expensive ( $15) bucks but still cheaper than any store I could find it at! I bought one and had it two days later and am happy with it.

Going by this I assume it comes with a belt / chest strap.
A note for the patient (hardcore Ozbargainers), FYI, I recently bought one with chest strap for $41 shipped via ebay auction. Was watching them and they were going for around this price. The next one after mine went for $37. It works well and I'm happy with it. I got a bonus hand strenghtening thingamijig too.
the aldi ones are about ~$20 and apparently work pretty well
Considering the $15 shipping bringing it to a whopping $4 off the RRP, it's hard to call this a bargain what with [the numerous better or similar prices[(https://www.google.com.au/search?q=suunto+m1&hl=en&safe=off&…).
OP, do you need to hold your finger on it to take your pulse or is there a chest strap included, or how does it work?
