  Sorry mate, the price on the 64" isn't bad… But I'd be very weary of a refurb Samsung Plasma.
  I've had a refurb Samsung LCD and it's still going strong, but even brand new the plasma can be a bit buzzy and I'd have to ask if this is why it went back in the first place!!!
  edit: And who is giving the warranty? Because Samsung's service is also very ordinary when it comes to proving a faulty TV! I know this from on-going personal experience with a PS64E550!

      Almost $100 for postage kills the deal for the home theatre system for me too. Plus I don't really know if it's any good to begin with? Also, I don't really care about the Bluray and 3D features, just want the sound. What would people generally recommend as a decent but affordable home theatre system with wireless speakers?

  I don't know if you have noticed but a "Factory 2nd" is reworked product. Do you see a difference between a reworked and a refurbished product?

      Sorry, but if you read their explanations of what the different categories mean… Then ‘Factory 2nd’ could mean absolutely anything is/was wrong with it!!!

      Ps. The definition ‘Factory Re-worked really is the same as a refurb. Why would a factory want to ‘re-work’ something, if there wasn’t anything wrong with it in the first place!
      edit: And no to the out dated model. If an item was simply an out dated model, then they'd still list it as Brand New and make it a run out special or similar!
