I've never done this as i don't own a ps3 but a quick google shows depending on model no. you might need a mounting bracket and it looks like any 2.5" hdd should work for you so basically look for a reliable 2.5" hdd.
52/59/79 are what you could expect to pay if you went to buy the hdd's from MSY you'll need to see if one's close to you though. Those are for WD hdds though if you'd prefer other brands prices should be similar.
