I found some KL to London $272 (ex taxes & fees) mid October.

First KL to London flights are 11th March.

Some for $350 (ex taxes) late March, $369 in May & June.

No free luggage allowance. 15kg for $8, up to 25kg for $40

looks like the london flights sold pretty fast, dont see why it needs a negative vote for that.

I give it a negative vote because I looked as soon as the sale was announced and was unable to find any $254 London flights over a two month period. $299 KL <> OOL isn't anything special either, we flew XAX to KL in October for $150 and they have frequently had $199-$250 fares with reasonable availability.

Strange how the AU LCC airlines didn't have many International specials over Christmas/NY like they normally do. They all have over-capacity on the eastern seaboard and with yield so low Qantas who have the greatest capacity are offering best prices for short notice bookings.

Well lets hope they dont merge with Jetstar which will mean less competition.
