Lenovo ThinkPad 2 or Dell Latitude 10 Windows 8 Tablets

Hi Guys,

Im looking to purchase a win 8 pro tablet and i have narrowed it down to these two. the main reason they offer a full size USB. Both very expensive for what they are. The dell comes with a three yr warranty and with powerbuy.com.au $100 off - comes to 799. or lenovo 781 - which has the digitizer inbuilt and lighter?

not sure, i have never used either brand.
any thoughts?

    I got lenovo tablet 2 ( was lucky ) - it is not available in Oz till April. Very good tablet, running
    smoothly and with no problem, such as previous model. One problem - folio is not available and BT keyboard with stand is too expensive ( $145 )…

    yeah when i thought about getting one, the lenovo just sold out. how do they expect to make money if they are not until april, by then 1/2 the consumers would of already purchased another brand.

    hey jo2055, how much did you get your thinkpad for? i was thinking about preordering it from Bh in the US as they have preorder for 680 + 40 for delivery? is it universal voltage?

    Yes it is universal voltage, but you could not remove lower part, as in previous model.
    By pure luck got it, as promotion very cheap ( basically as free upgrade ),so .. no complaints…
    680 seems reasonable in comparison with current prices for win8 tablet.
