  • How can i check sigma for pentax k mount, im after cheap pancake or fish eye lens (ultra wide)

  • how do you check the postage cost?
BTW I'm interested in this lens: http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%82%B7%E3%82%B0%E3%83%9E-30mm-F1-…

    • You have to sign up with Tenso.com (a Japanese freight forwarding company). http://www.tenso.com/en/ -> down the bottom is the shipping + handling fee calculator.
Amazon has shipping weight on most packages (versus actual weight).

      • Cool, thanks.
I ended up buying the lens from B&H this morning.
Got it for $327 shipped, this was at least $60 cheaper than anywhere else i could find.

$237.26 shipped from BHPhotovideo if you don't want to deal with the hassle of dealing with a Japanese site and freight forward with the possibility of ending up with a ceiling fan instead of a lens. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/913513-REG/sigma_19mm_…

    • i used a shipping forwarder and received on monday. 199USD for two lenses, not too bad.

    • Very true.
The BHPhoto is less hassle if you want both lenses. Tenso freight forwarding is okay if you only want one Lens.

    • Have been deciding whether to order them or to wait for better prices on the Sony 35mm and for the upcoming 20mm.

Given the price, too good to pass. However, recent batches appears to have dust problems as indicated on Amazon reviews. Price drop most likely to clear them as they will most likely be replaced by the new metal versions which were recently announced.

  • PS: You can get a 500 yen Shipping coupon on Tenso by submitting a proof of address after sign up.
if you do it before the 1st of April 2013.
