Pre-owned EB Games with no covers question?

Recently purchased some pre-owned games from ebgames online store and they arrived today. I was disappointed to see they came without covers (feels incomplete to me). So I searched their FAQ about it but couldn't find anything on their website mentioning getting the games without the covers.

Does anyone know IF it is stated on their website? I'm tempted to complain because I didn't pay money to get a shoddy coverless game. True I could of purchased else where but I haven't been able to find the games until I saw them there.

    I think you have a case, unless it is stated in their T&Cs that you could receive a game without a cover. Generally speaking, any consumer could reasonably expect that there the item would be complete (ie: includes cover and perhaps a manual), unless the item description states otherwise.

      That's what I thought as well. Plus no manuals for the games and I'm pretty sure both of them would come with them considering their ages. Non of this was disclosed on the website in their T&C as far as I can see (but I may be over looking something).

    yeah i would complain. I ordered Tomb Raider HD collection from JB hifi and when it came there was no plastic cover and ugly marks on the case from a sticker that had been pulled off.

    Pretty sure it was still new though but even i was tempted to complain there.

    They still have the 7 day return policy right? I had the same situation once and contacted them and they said i could return it to a local store, make sure to bring the receipt.
