$5 credit to prplness or The Iconic?

        • Neil,

The $5 credit is applied to your Prplness account, this is applied to your cashback withdrawals from Prplness. You can find more information at www.prplness.com.

          Hope this helps!

    pmupsinep.

We don't force our members to so something they don't want too.

We do offer specials and exclusive competitions to our members to double their cashback or prizes for referring a friend to Prplness, these happen when members share Prplness on social networks.

Check it out and lets us know what you think and thanks for the question.

a social shopping site that pay's it's members back in cash.

What made you think there was such a word as "pay's"?

Also, "it's members back in cash."

If you can replace "it's" in your sentence with "it is" or "it has", then your word is "it's" - otherwise, your word should be "its".

Edit: Just viewed your site via the link.

"Providing an Australian's the latest on global trends" Huh?????

      • Thanks so much for taking the time to provide us the feedback. We have made the changes, and will check again for any further changes we can make.

Any other feedback let us know.

  • What is this rot about members must ask to have their cash back — Why, unlike others, is your transfer not straightaway?

And every time you have more than $25 in your account, request it and we will transfer the money to your Bank or PayPal account.

    Let us get down to brass tacks;
Just exactly what is the ratio b/w Dollars-paid-out & Shoppers' cash Inside your bank?

+esp with these smaller 2%-or-3%-savings — how long is the avg. '$25 delay'? hmm

    • Isn't that the same with the other cashback sites?

I'm curious from your About Page:

Operating in the USA, UK and Australia,

What are your US & UK sites?

      • Starthere was a configurable set option (from recall I would have set: 0) which saved messing around. The rebate was for a Dell purchase monitor — 3.5% or "$8.88" — sent along rapidly once in starthere's account.

No minimum threshold for my balance to be paid, but turnaround time did exceed '2 months' (as I understand it the advertising network or merchant accounts for that wretched delay onto starthere).

Even so, their process was effective automatic with no special need to build up my account or balance or instruct staff to return cash. Not quite certain for the others.

          Daver,

You raise some interesting questions and points, with out giving to much of our business model away, these are some of the things we looked at before settling on this model. We are always open to feedback and will keep evaluating it and adjust to what our members want and are looking for.

Members can decide to trade up to coupons or rewards for other things, instead of just being cash, they can earn more again if decide to take a higher value gift card from selected retailers. This is a main reason why it is not automatic. We give our members the choice to choose themselves.

Getting to the $25 minimum can be done in one transaction very easily. It all depends on the dollar value on what you purchase, not solely the percentage of cashback. We have had members purchase holidays from Expedia and get close to $200 back in one purchase, 2 pairs of shoes from Styletread pretty much gets you the the $25.

Each bank transfer costs money, if it's limited to twice a month and at a dollar value of $25+ the numbers start to make sense for both parties. Rather than smaller dollar numbers.

The threshold also reduce's fraud risk which means better savings for all again.

These and other points allows Prplness to offer its members the best cashback from their first purchase, unlike some other sites you mentioned the members has to "earn" their way to the top cashback rate.

Hope this helps and thanks for the questions.
