can any one recommend me a cheap tablet that allows me to read colour PDF, epub, mobi on..
I dont need it to be fancy, I only want it to be PDF reader only.. (adjustable storage space would be good)
PS: not ipads, I already have 2 but my computer illiterate parents love them so much that I don't get to use them at all, hence I need something else to read my books on

ainol has been an ozbargain favourite, as well as cube which have some rom support in developer communities. they have hi-res screen models but it's a gamble because usually the resolution isn't well supported by the software and performance can be laggy.
ideally you would want a 10 inch for pdf reading (i take it there's graphics and tables involved), otherwise 7 inchers would do just as well.
it all depends on how much you want to spend on it. for reading a retina screen or equivalent would be ideal, and there's not many options out there apart from Nexus 10, transformer TF700 and obviously, new ipads. there's also chinese branded tablets which are considerably cheaper but imo it's not worth the trouble if you can't get it directly from chinese sellers.
if you don't mind the crapper resolution, then there's a much wider range of cheap android 10"s out there but the screen quality is not brilliant in the budget category and it does tire your eyes out after a while so i wouldn't recommend it.
