  You'll then factor in the postage if you buy directly from China.

  Tmall or Taobao all have multiple vendors that sell at 1199 Yuan. For example:

  You'll need to google "Taobao agent" and there are people offering services to post those items overseas. For example YoyBuy.com came up first in the search, and here's their shipping price (USD$27.97 to Australia for under 1kg). Sorry I have no experience with those Taobao agents.

  Alternatively it's going to be Chinese new year soon and maybe your Chinese friends are going back for holidays. Ask them to bring one back :)

  i tried a few different sites like yoybuy.com and inc service charges it was around $250
  really dont want to spend much more than $200

  i'll keep searching ozbargain style

On November 27, 2012 the US Patent and Trademark office approved Apple's application and Retina® is now a registered trademark.

  I can see someone not happy the term "Retina" has been abused…
