    If the first words are budget that does not fit with airconditioner as you will also pay for the install and electrician and the power bill and repair , can you use a portable unit and reduce the area example plastic curtain , there is nothing wrong with doing this it is more of a precibed notion . It is the overall cost not just the cost per hour , I have covered windows in the USA and Japan to improve efficencey , same idea different temp.
