Red Rooster's Rippa Buy One Get One Free is back again (previous one from 15/01 has expired). Save from $6.25. No mention of when this starts in stores, so I am assuming they are accepted from today.

We invite our Club Red members to enjoy one complimentary Rippa when another Rippa is purchased. Voucher available to download until Monday 4th February, offer expires Tuesday 26th February 2013.

EDIT: voucher can be downloaded from http://upload.ozbargain.com/2013/01/30/10601_rr.jpg as well (i.e. after 4th Feb when it is taken off the RR website) - thanks kabigon

  • Do u have to show them some sort of club red card?

    • Show them the picture, either printed or on your phone and say you got an email from club red.

Just lean over the counter after she asks for the voucher and crack your knuckles, wink and say 'lets not worry about it'.

Nope, the Club Red is just an email newsletter club, there are no cards or anything associated with it. It doesn't specify anything about that on the voucher either.

I had this when the deal was on the other week. Its tastes disgusting!! I wouldn't eat it if it was free for both.

The one I had was pretty good. Although I definitely wouldn't buy one for $6.25 though.
But a tad over $3 for one is reasonable.

      • The processed chicken was very bland and the bread roll was very hard.

For me it depends on the cook, sometimes it taste like crap when its burnt and with little mayo or even stale old bread, sometimes it's pretty good when they make it properly. I just wish Red Rooster had better quality control, no wonder it's dying out.

        • i agree but i find most of the time its not good and only occasionally its nice. depends who makes it i guess. often the chicken is actually stale/overcooked and a bit tough but when its made just right it is really delicous thats why im stupid enough to try again :) i like the rooster rolls but you have to buy gravy seperate and put it on yourself, and they will put mayo on it if you dont tell them not too, its also nice with mayo but i refer gravy and i like their potato and gravy too. the rooster rolls are often on special with a poster instore like 2 for $8.

i'm a good two days drive from my nearest red rooster. and yet i am still on their newsletter club to recieve deals. i guess i just really like a bargain…

  • I'm liking the new deals from Red Rooster. The last few years they've become quite the "expensive" fast food place.

Judging by other comments, it might not be the best (haven't tried it myself) but it is 'fast food'. Either way, their other deals from them make up for it.

  • As a red rooster lover, it is a good deal to me!

  • Just wondering why do they call it a Rippa? So many possibilities =X

  • lunch sorted for tmr

  • how do you tell which stores are "participating" with the vouchers? (is there a list?)
