    Google map?

  • I think the original one is better. New one requires internet to load maps. the old doesnt? being bigger in size.

      Although according to the website

The ipad version of the new one is 213Mb vs the old being 72.3mb

and there is a note saying.

PLEASE NOTE: Offline maps and map downloading is now included in the app, as of version 3.0.1.

Which would suggest you need internet to download, but you can set it up for offline access after downloading.

Do you have any further info to enlighten us?

  • Thanks

  • Dont need it, but hey its free!
