  Last deal was $4/month which was in error $4 annually, since then now have received a invoice of $48.00 may want to check the code is working properly first.

    Yes, that was my fault. I used the "price override" option instead of the percentage off option, and it under billed clients, which we've fixed up now.

    You may either pay annually as your order was for, or switch to a monthly payment by emailing our support staff.

      Also is there SSH access to the hosting account on the server? Makes it much easier to compress files and track down problems with pages. (grep -fr keyword site)

        SSH is not included as standard, but we can set it up for you free of charge since you have a reasonable use for it.

        We use a non-standard SSH port for security, which we'll let you know when you sign up.

  I'll +1 this, I got hosting from them last deal, submitted a support ticket it was answered within the hour. Cpanel back end is also nice.

  FYI, the email that you send to new registered customers (with the DNS and login details) got caught in gmails spam filter, so I didn't see it until a few days later, after I'd already submitted a ticket asking for those login details.

    It's interesting that the setup email got caught in GMail's spam filters. Normally they have the reputation of being pretty good.

    I'll check with our techs to see if there's anything we can do to avoid the spam filter for our setup email.

  do your techs help migrate an entire wordpress installation from another host? cause i need australian hosting and thats the only thing stopping me

    You can certainly use WordPress with our servers. We can either migrate your WordPress installation from your old host if they use cPanel, or you can set one up fresh using our one-click installation systems within your control panel.

  is there a reason i cannot control my DNS and need to change the NS records or move my domain to you?
  can't i just point the A records to your IP?

  the 3 signup options do not allow for this.

    Hi tadere.

    Please choose the option " I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain". That is a general statement that you can update your domain name without us needing to transfer it to us, or register a new domain.

    If you choose that third option, you can point the A record for the domain at our servers, and all will work as expected.

    That's normal if you haven't ordered a domain name. We have a special price for the domain name if you order one, and as you haven't, that message appears.

    You can ignore it, and proceed with your order.

    To answer your question - the $5 per month includes GST and credit card fees.

    The total is $5 per month, we don't hit with you with GST or credit card fees on top of it. It's just easier that way.
