Multi-blade razors will irritate your skin (they pull at the hairs before cutting them off) and potentially exacerbate your skin problems.
If you're serious about getting the best possible shave, and you don't mind a learning curve, get a DE shaver and tallow soap and boar/badger brush. On-going expenses are negligible after the initial purchase. The Badger and Blade forum has lots of info.
If you don't want so much of a learning curve, and are committed to "conventional", modern shaving products, Bic Metal razors are the way to go. Single-blade, and actually sharp. So use minimal pressure only. You can get them on ebay.
Don't you think you should be concentrating on fixing up your pimple problem first?.
