Has anyone tried to return a Map Caffitaly Coffee Pod machine?

Ive rung their number a dozen times now and it always goes through to a messagebank. The machine only worked for a month before it packed up. Ive perused their website at http://www.mapcoffee.com.au/ but nothing there either.

I bought the machine at HN back when they had the deal for $49 or however much it was:-

Under Consumer Law HN has to deal with it for you.
