Just won bid on laptop hp dv6 7215tx from grays online.This laptop is reconditioned and warranty will be supported by grays online.I have read mix reviews of Graysonline. Does anyone here bought reconditioned laptop from grays and how's experience?

OK so I got this machine last week. No sign of any use or wear/tear….I was expecting few since machine is refurbished….all look new and not used…so far no problem…only problem is windows 8 which I don't like…
Glad to hear. I hope it keeps working good for you. For windows 8, download Start8. It basically gives you your start menu back and makes windows 8 suck a little less. You can get the paid version here for $4.99. http://www.stardock.com/products/start8/download.asp or you know, just get a pirate copy if you are into that sort of thing. Not that I condone such action.
Thanks Riczter. I used metro UI for few days and installed windows shell yesterday. But thinking to switch back to Metro UI.
Abount piracy, if i would be in that, i would have downloaded pirated win-7 and used it..so no to piracy…:D
I bought probably 10 - 12 reconditioned laptops from them last year to resell, and didn't have the best experience. maybe 80% of them arrived to me with no problems, that means 20% arrived to me with faults. Dodgy fan noises, sound only worked with headphones plugged in, screen problems, battery wouldn't stay in coz the edge was bent up. So the laptops that i did manage to onsell i managed to make a fair bit of profit on. But around 80% of the laptops i sold, I had the customer contacting me within 2 months with problems that i needed to go out and fix. Most of the problems were minor, but some were not. And this is not good for reputation for a new business getting on its feet. One of the customers laptops i sent back to be fixed under warranty, they just kept it and sent me a refund without even asking if that was what i wanted. That left me in an awkward spot coz the customer just lost his laptop with data on the hard drive. It was a learning experience for me and I'll never buy anything refurbished from greys again.
My advice is to stay well clear. It's just not worth it.
