    Good deal, but only if you receive the ties. I ordered 4 ties on 9 jan and I have yet to receive them. My order has been marked shipped and I have sent a message to the company who claim they will respond within 1 business day and yet several days have passed and I still have not had a response. Thank goodness I've paid with pay pal. Buyer beware!

      I normally check my email every half an hour and I don't remember any email which I haven't responded yet.

      Yes, I admit that there was a delay in shipment for the last orders but I clearly explained the reason on the deal. All the orders have been shipped already and you should receive your orders soon.

  • Good ties, i bought 8 of them last time the deal was up. The only problem i have with them is they arnt long enough, im quite tall and when i tied it, i cant put the skinny side back through the loop on the back as it only comes about 10cms down from the knot.

    I like the quality so definitely good for the price

  • Folks, heads up, got my ties from the last Deal, later than had previously had been told and 3 of the 5 where not what i ordered, even though rep had said that they were all in stock.

          Just to let you know, I find it very irritating that now I have to go to the effort of returning the items out of my own time after, even after you lied and said "I have double checked my inventory and your ties are in stock." You made the mistake, but you want me to fix it?

          Just to compare, I have recently done a transaction with another mens wear store, that also promotes on Ozbargain, who advised they would ship the item in 2-3 days. After it did not turn up on the 4th day, a quick email to them advised that I would have it that day, which did occur and then for the hassles they compensated me with a pair of cufflinks. Due to their customer service, I will use them again.

          You should be sending out postage paid envelope rather than me having to do this and refunding the partial payment I requested. Judging by the problems that others have experienced as well, it seems your interested in turning over a quick buck rather than looking to establish long term clientele. I understand your a small business working out of your home, but your going about it the wrong way!

        • When you placed an order, I did check the inventory and they were in stock. However, I received quite a lot of orders and your ties must have mixed with another order because of rush to pack the orders due to already delayed shipment.

          I try my level best to give the best customer service and I agreed to offer you the refund and reimbursement of return postage charges. I have already apologized for the inconvenience quite a few times. In this case, I will also send you the return postage and once I receive the ties, you will get your refund.

          Just to compare, if you buy wrong Harvey Norman Product and you find it faulty, you will spare your time to visit the store and get the replacement as their sale representative won't be visiting you to hand over the replacement. Although I am trying to run the small business, but I understand the importance of customer service and it was not intentional to dump wrong ties on you.
