Used them before.. pretty descent.. these guys use DHL with insurance for deliveries

they're fast and reliable but I think they're quite expensive. I also find them to be reluctant to allow repacking (they charge by 'volumetric weight'.. so ive paid for a few kg for things that are only a few 100grams before simply because it's a small item in a large empty box)
Just received a parcel from Ralph Lauren through these guys, HopShopGo though who are the same group.
Anyway they offered a repack in the drop down box which brought my costs down for shipping. 2.5kg was around $40 with paypal discount. I think they are one of the cheapest mail forwarders out there and the option to hold stuff for 30 days to consolidate packages is nice.
Has any OZbargainers had any good/bad experiences with this forwarder? and how do they compare to other forwarders. Theres a lack cost information on their site…
