        Review doesn't sound too good.. "the performance figures are terrible, this drive only just outperforms a lot of USB 2.0 drives from five years ago, I am really surprised that Kingston have released this so recently. I expected more from them."

        But then, for $8 I guess you can't complain too much.

        i think most people will only need 4gb usb tumbdrives, and portable hdd 250gb+.
        i mean we carry around small files with tumbdrives and for movies we still need bigger portable one.
        no point having mid range 8 16 32 64 (well maybe 64 is)

    Just be aware the read/write speeds for that USB3 one are slower than some USB2 devices:

    But if you just need the storage and don't care about copy times, it's pretty cheap.

      It's not too bad given they've got bank accounts with all the major banks.

      I used PayPal though, the 2% surcharge isn't exactly deal breaking on a $14.60 purchase (amounting to $0.29).

    I am so used to these deals now. Standard deal is 'USB 2, great price'. Then 200 pages of comments that read 'slow as hell'. Now we have USB 3 deals that are slow as hell.
